Larry Ginnings

Larry has over 35 years of professional experience in commercial real estate development, project management, construction administration, and asset management on multiple product types including office, industrial, retail and medical facilities.  Over the last several years, Mr. Ginnings has completed 2 multi-tenant retail shopping center projects, 3 speculative office buildings and 70 build-to-suit projects in 30 states across the United States.  Larry’s client list includes Verizon, FedEx, Fresenius Medical Care and Academy Sports and Outdoors.

Larry grew up in the Dallas, Texas area and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children while serving in various volunteer roles at his church.
