Project Specifications:

Project Specifications:
± 352,034 square feet containing approximately ± 343,447 square feet of office distribution main building, ± 3,407 square feet of gateway building and ± 5,180 square feet of vehicle maintenance garage. 

Location:
5005 Samuell Blvd., Mesquite, Texas, on approximately ± 64.956 acres of land.

Hunter Plaza is a ± 27 acre retail shopping center located at the intersection of Olympus Boulevard and I-635 in Irving, Texas.  One of the lead anchor tenants for the center is Best Buy - a 45,700+/- square foot build-to-suit building constructed on approximately ± 4.5 acres.  

A build-to-suit facility for 24 Hour Fitness in Irving, Texas was built within Hunter Plaza.  The 24 Hour Fitness facility is a ± 35,000 square foot, two story building, and is connected to an ± 8,400 square foot strip retail building.

United Health Group (a member of the Fortune 100) requested a ± 64,722 SF two-story “claims center” in Springfield, Missouri to be built for them.  United Health Group was provided creative solutions to their timing and budget constraints.  Even though there were over 45 weather days in a 6-month schedule, the project completion date met the originally scheduled date.
