Don Dobbs

Don has been employed in the construction/development industry his entire career.  Previous job descriptions include: Project Manager, Western District Sales Manager, Director of Pre-Construction Services for a Fortune 500 company, and Owner of a successful commercial general contracting/construction/development company for 20 years prior to joining 42 Real Estate.

Major projects completed by Don and/or his company include, but are not limited to, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers up to 1M SF in area and $75M in cost, class A office buildings, retail banking centers, mixed use retail centers, and medical/dental facilities.  

Don graduated cum laude from Baker University with a degree in Business Administration.
